John W. Small, born in 1818 had a son, Otis Clifford Small. Otis had a daughter (Henrietta Small) who married Charles Mawson. Their daughter, Harriet married Edwin Costello. Their sons, Larry and Ron are therefore, my 3rd cousins because we have a common Great, Great, Grandfather, John W. Small.
